I’m a Qing Dynasty Detective

Zhong Zimo, a modern-day criminal investigator, accidentally transmigrated to the Qing dynasty while on a mission. The Qing dynasty seemed peaceful on the surface, but beneath it, undercurrents ran deep. Bizarre murders were occurring one after another, and the various factions were tangled in a web of intrigue.

With his modern forensic knowledge and keen powers of observation, Zhong Zimo made a name for himself in this ancient dynasty. He had to contend with primitive investigative methods while navigating the open and covert power struggles of officialdom.

As he investigated a series of murders, Lin Yu discovered that the mastermind seemed to have deep ties to certain powerful figures at court. As the investigation deepened, he had to uphold justice and find the killer while also establishing himself in this unfamiliar era and avoiding becoming a casualty of political infighting.

Can Zhong Zimo use modern forensic techniques to solve the Qing dynasty's baffling cases? Can he write his own legend in this turbulent age?
