Not long after Qin Fen graduated from high school, due to his father's early death, he was specially recruited by his father's former employer, Yangtze University of Science and Technology, to work as a document clerk and photocopier in the reference room. After working for 2 years, he gave up his holiday breaks and obtained an undergraduate diploma through more than 5 years of on-the-job training. He then switched jobs and was awarded a junior professional title. He then studied for an on-the-job postgraduate degree and was awarded an intermediate professional title. He has been working diligently, making good connections, and accumulating experience and connections. After working for more than 10 years, he was promoted to deputy director of the department and took charge of the work. At the age of 42, he was awarded the deputy senior professional title. Then through continuous hard work, he was promoted to department director and deputy director of the department, and was awarded the full senior professional title 4 years before his retirement. Along the way, he has experienced troubles, confusion, and depression, as well as passion, joy, and achievements.
