Good deeds are like spring breeze turning into rain, moistening things silently. Family tradition is like a seed, good thoughts take root, and eventually become a towering tree, providing shade for future generations; evil deeds are like thorns, they hurt others but also bind themselves, eventually causing the door and courtyard to wither. The ancient saying "Accumulating wealth will lead to misfortunes, accumulating good deeds will lead to happiness." This is a revelation: wise men only seek virtue for their long-term plans, while fools accumulate wealth only to increase their faults. The rewards of good and evil cannot be revealed overnight, but cause and effect are intertwined, and blessings and misfortunes are self-inflicted. Only those with a righteous heart and good conduct can enjoy peaceful years and a prosperous family.
