The Soul Boundary Stone

Daoists, Buddhists, the Organization of the Spirit-Seers, and the Dark Soul Organization.

There are secret realms, mythical creatures, and beings from the Classic of Mountains and Seas. Xiang Yu and Yu Ji will appear, and Qin Shi Huang will return to the world...

His brother's soul returns and borrows his younger brother's body to flirt with an upperclasswoman.

Do you know what it feels like to watch heads fall on the Great Wall? Have you ever experienced the despair of your body moving against your will? Do you know what it's like to meet your older brother again after his death? Do you know how painful it is to see souls? Do you know what it's like for the living to love a soul and never have that love returned? Do you know how inhumane soul experiments are?

Death is the end of life, and likewise its beginning. The souls of all living beings are born from soul steles, and after death they return to them. Yet countless such steles exist throughout the universe.

Returning souls undergo soul crushing within the stele. Those whose souls remain intact get the chance to leave the soul stele and attain immortality in a spiritual form. Those who are scattered will have their soul energy reconstituted, but lose their consciousness and enter reincarnation again, awaiting their return after death.

Souls that leave a stele can wander freely through the stars. But if a soul that has escaped a stele is defeated by a stronger soul, it too will turn into soul energy. It will either be absorbed by the stronger soul or return to the nearest stele.
