Su Jin'er is the most beloved youngest daughter of the Prime Minister’s household. She has four older brothers who dote on her. Though they are all married, her brothers, sisters-in-law, and parents still cherish her dearly. Born into unparalleled privilege, she was raised in luxury and sheltered with the utmost care, never hearing a harsh word. Su Jin'er herself is lively, cheerful, kind, and bold in both love and hate.
Unfortunately, she misjudged someone and gave her heart to the wrong person. Imprisoned in the Prince’s manor, she endured neglect until she was ultimately killed by a scheming concubine. Only as she died and her soul departed did she learn that someone had secretly loved her and watched over her for many years.
Reborn, Su Jin'er will use those who plotted against her to turn their schemes against them and send them plunging into ruin! She will repay every ounce of suffering she endured in her last life, many times over! And she will never again let the truly kind person slip away.
But even though Su Jin'er makes no secret of her pursuit and flirts with him at every turn, he remains cold and unmoved. Just as she decides to take a step back and stop making the first move, someone pulls her into his arms and holds her fast. “You’re giving up after only a few days? Is that all the patience you have? Were you planning to go find someone else? You’re not allowed.”
