A New Chronicle of Quelling Bandits

The Liangshan heroes were brutally killed by thirty-nine Thunder Generals who had secretly descended to the mortal world, including Chen Xizhen and Yun Tianbiao. Another thirty-six, including Song Jiang and Lu Junyi, were escorted to Bianliang to face execution.

Fortunately, the Jade Emperor sent down the Twenty-Eight Lunar Mansions and the Eleven Star Radiances to capture the Thunder Generals.

The New Chronicle of Quelling the Bandits is also known as The Liangshan Saga, The New Water Margin, and Destroying Lei Kangjin.
