The Horror Game Descends tells the story of Chen Mo, an ordinary college student struggling to survive in a world where horror games have invaded reality. Chen Mo unexpectedly gains a golden finger, the “Haunt Editor,” which lets him change the rules of haunted realms, but each use comes at a tremendous cost. As the invasion intensifies, the rules of reality collapse, monsters run rampant, and humanity falls into despair. Chen Mo uses his ability to establish a safe zone and shelter survivors, but gradually discovers a conspiracy behind the haunted realms, one that would awaken an ancient entity. He must join forces with the “Night Watch” organization to uncover the truth and stop the world from being destroyed. Yet as his powers grow, Chen Mo’s behavior becomes increasingly bizarre, and those around him even take him for a madman. In this terrifying spectacle where reality and haunted realms intertwine, what will Chen Mo choose? And what will become of humanity?
