The descriptions are gorgeous, and the rhetoric packed into the scenes and character interactions makes the plot quite real and moving. The world view of the seven royal courts and runes is very interesting; the city-state that combines mechanical prosthetics and future technology with a steampunk-like feeling is interesting, but like the painting style that is very different from other royal courts, there are great hidden dangers in the logic of the story.
In addition, the almost virtuosic description also made me feel that it affected my reading, making it somewhat difficult to understand the plot development and the image of the characters. This is just a personal feeling and a small mention.
