Possessed by the God of War: Traveling to 1937 to Fight the Japanese

"China will not perish until all the people in Hunan die!" During the eight years of the Anti-Japanese War, the National Government recruited about 14 million people nationwide, and Hunan Province conscripted nearly 2.1 Million people, accounting for 15% of the country's total. On the frontal battlefield, the total number of Hunanese officers and soldiers killed, wounded, and missing exceeded 600,000, of which about 300,000 were killed in action, accounting for 1/4 of the total number of national army casualties in the country's frontal battlefields. The death rate ranked first among all provinces in the country. During the eight-year War of Resistance, Hunan mobilized more than 10 million civilians. According to statistics, one out of every 10 civilians died in transportation. In just three Changsha battles, more than 100,000 civilians died. They had no weapons, but they supported the logistics of Hunan's Anti-Japanese War with their shoulders. They are unknown martyrs.
