Fortunately, I’m Just an Ordinary Person

Xu Ning's "Fortunately I'm Just an Ordinary Person" is unique in that it unfolds from the perspective of an ordinary person, Chen Su. This perspective makes it easier for readers to immerse themselves in the story and feel the struggle and tenacity of ordinary people surrounded by extraordinary forces. The plot of the book is compact. Chen Sugang has just received the task of receiving a mysterious guest, and then faces the threat of his sister being killed by a killer. The suspense is layered and makes people want to put it down. The author's characterization of the characters is delicate and nuanced, such as Mr. Lin's mystery and trust, and Song Yi's concern for Chen Su, which make the characters vivid and three-dimensional. However, some setting details are explained a little hastily, such as the defense principle of crystals, which makes it difficult for readers to understand. But its flaws do not hide its merits. Its unique narrative perspective and tense plot are still worth reading. It allows us to see that in the world of high martial arts, ordinary people can rely on courage and wisdom to protect the people they cherish in a turbulent situation. Ordinary people can also shine with dazzling light. It is a masterpiece of urban high martial arts worth savoring.

I feel like it's well written. It's written from the perspective of an ordinary person. It's very interesting.
