After Faking My Death, I Became the Yandere CEO's One True Love

[Both Leads Are Chaste + Substitute for the One True Love + Caged Lover + Faked Death + Male Lead Turns Dark + Coercive Possession + Redemption + System]

First half: campus romance + redemption + a dangerous obsessive pretending to be a puppy

Second half: domineering CEO + possessive love + forceful romance

Sheng Chi has been Yin Xi’s obedient little caged lover for three whole years, always believing she is merely a substitute for the woman in the CEO’s heart, his one true love.

After completing a System mission that forces her to fake her death, Sheng Chi wakes up beside a younger Yin Xi: withdrawn, gloomy, and dampened by loneliness.

She thinks Yin Xi is a gentle, lonely puppy who has never known love. Without a second thought, Sheng Chi devotes all her affection to him.

It isn’t until that day that Sheng Chi realizes she has let a wolf into her home.

“Sheng Chi… you were the one who came after me first.” Yin Xi pants softly, pinning her against the cabinet. “Never leave me, okay?”

“I’m begging you.”

“No matter how far you run, I’ll find you. Sheng Chi, there’s nowhere you can escape.”

Wait, why did nobody tell Sheng Chi that she herself was Yin Xi’s one true love all along?
