No female lead, a small ensemble cast, steam, vampires, Cthulhu, dissociative identity disorder, a few tabletop role-playing elements, supernatural powers, and madness
The protagonist has a bit of a paternal streak.
The author will do their best to retain the Cthulhu elements while also including supernatural ones.
My name is Ander. I'm a vampire hunter, even though I'm a vampire myself.
In this godforsaken Steam Age,
how am I supposed to survive?
Should I become a vampire,
or a vampire hunter,
or dance with the unimaginable?
Perhaps all of the above!
Bearing the curse of a fractured, maddened mind,
I listen to the whispers by my ear.
I bear witness to one miracle after another performed by the "gods."
He will exist forever!
Just when Ander thought he had figured everything out,
he discovered
that this world wasn't as simple as he'd imagined.
The truth behind the whispers
seems incredibly simple,
and yet also impossible to accept.

Let me type one first, mainly to encourage the author. It is indeed not easy to write the story you have conceived. In fact, no matter in terms of writing style, characteristics, theme, or plot, I can't find anything particularly exciting, and the details are not enough. The logic is a bit stiff from the last century. For example, there is no transition when the Baron falls in love with Ella's weapon. In many places, there are events written purely to advance the plot, but the logic is not very strong. Maybe the author wanted to avoid some of this rhythm difficulty by writing in the form of a commission. There is no climax in the straightforward narrative, and the sensory experience it brings is very bland. I hope the author writes better and better!
Very good, but some details are a bit stiff
