The Origin of the Twelve Links of Dependent Origination

[Apocalyptic ensemble story, light religious themes, multiple types of apocalypse]

[Not invincible, no brainless power fantasy, no romance for the protagonist]

As an apocalyptic novel writer, I have truly entered the apocalypse.

Infinite space? No. Godlike combat strength? No.

A diary that can predict the future, though not very accurately, is my golden finger. But what good is it in a world full of people who have been reborn?

Torrential rain, drought, blizzards, endless night, "people" who rise from the dead... What else is waiting for me?

Towering trees that drain people's life force, devout worshippers bowing in prayer, tangled timelines, Awakened Ones who kill themselves again and again, only to be forced to open their eyes...

"Humanity has no future."

"You have to survive."

"Just this once."

"One last time."

Even in the darkness, will you keep throwing yourself toward it again and again, searching for the last glimmer of light?
