Any Good Foundation Fanfiction?
No particular requirements. Just no invincible protagonists, and stick to the Foundation's original setting. The original setting, and nothing but the original setting!

Are There Any Novels About a Company-Bankrupting Boss Who Feels Realistic
Looking for stories like "Heir to a Fortune? No, I’m Taking the Civil Service Exam". The company went bankrupt, but he doesn’t care at all. On his desk, instead of business plans or company financial statements, lie "Detailed Solutions to Real Administrative Aptitude Test Questions" and "Model Essays on Current Affairs for the Civil Service Exam"...

There are many private settings and many original forces. If the content is all original and no SCP is used, I will give you a higher score. But since you chose scp, I think you should respect scp's settings (although they are many and complicated), rather than adding a lot of custom settings. Overall, this article succeeded in becoming neither fish nor fowl in my eyes after the author's mixing. I won't read it again, so don't worry about me finding fault.
