In Year 10 of the New Era, the mysterious game Endless Lords merged with reality, and portals appeared on Blue Star. The game became humanity's future battlefield. In Year 11, countless races poured in. Lacking talent and inherited knowledge, humanity suffered oppression in the early days. But thanks to their ingenuity, the "Awakened" studied the game's mechanics. After 500 years, the Human Alliance had climbed into the top 30 of the Myriad Races Rankings.
Ye Chen grew up surrounded by tales of adventure. On his eighteenth birthday, he finally got the chance to enter Endless Lords. He climbed into the virtual pod his parents had given him and stepped into the game. He chose his starting area, the Dawn Plains, and went to draw a talent. Expecting an ordinary white-tier talent, he was thrilled to discover that he had drawn the evolvable god-tier talent "Slaughter." Killing enemies would increase his Slaughter points, letting him cow creatures and conquer orcs.
After shouting, "Orcs will never be slaves!" and choosing the green-skinned orc race, a flash of light carried him to the vast Dawn Plains. There, on this beginner continent, he began his legendary career as a lord.
