The Sea Is a Rainstorm

I’m Fang Hua. My parents abandoned me when I was little and went far away, leaving me alone to get by at my grandmother’s house.

My grandmother often says, “The sea is a rainstorm, an upside-down sky, weeping until both eyes are wet.”
