A New Tale of World-Pacifying

In the final years of the Southern Song, the realm was in turmoil. Mongol cavalry surged like raging waves, battering Xiangyang, the Southern Song’s last line of defense. Guo Jing, a great hero guided by chivalry and devoted to his country, stood shoulder to shoulder with the brilliant Huang Rong on the front lines against the invaders.

Yet the crisis facing Xiangyang reached far beyond the clash of arms outside its walls. A mysterious organization had begun to emerge in the martial world. Its members moved in secret and colluded with the Mongols, plotting to undermine the Southern Song’s resistance from within. While defending Xiangyang, Guo Jing and the others also had to untangle the clues and expose the organization’s conspiracy.

Amid the chaos, love and longing became entangled in the struggle. Guo Fu and Yelu Qi’s love was put to the test by their family backgrounds, while Guo Xiang fell in love with Yang Guo at first sight, only to suffer the agony of unrequited love.

Guo Jing led the heroes of the martial world and the people and soldiers of Xiangyang in upholding justice and defending their homeland amid bloodshed and turmoil. Every life-and-death clash and every desperate fight for survival became a profound testament to chivalry and devotion to country. Thus began an epic saga of the martial world and the homeland. See how they would write their own heroic song in this age of chaos.
