Global Lord: Endless Plague

The protagonist has an SSS-rank talent, God of Plagues, and his classmates mock him as a useless fraud. That's because this is a world where everyone becomes a Lord, developing their land and nurturing followers to gain the power to conquer countless worlds. But the protagonist's territory is a polluted wasteland. Forget raising followers, even crops struggle to survive. Just when he thinks he'll never get ahead, he discovers that he has two talents: the divine nature of the God of Plagues and the SSS-rank talent Sacrifice.
