At seventeen, a boy dropped out of school in the countryside and set out to find work across the country. Eventually, he found a steady sales job in a major southern city, but workplace bullying and his lack of education left him no choice but to quit. Later, he entered the e-commerce industry, first packing orders for others, then gradually learning the ropes. He got to know a group of people in the business and eventually opened his own studio. Every day brought new troubles and worries, from getting no orders and failing to convert leads to handling after-sales issues and customer complaints, along with every other problem that comes with e-commerce.
