Lin Xu, a fan of Honkai: Star Rail and The Outcast, really did transmigrate to the world of The Outcast with Honkai: Star Rail in tow.
When he woke up, he felt the vigorous Imaginary energy within him. To his astonishment, it miraculously fused with this world's qi and formed the Qi Tree System.
By battling enemies, he could earn growth experience for the Qi Tree. Every bit of growth boosted his strength and brought unexpected, wondrous rewards.
After his first battle, he unlocked a Wind-type skill enhanced by acquired qi.
After his second battle, he unlocked a Fire-type skill.
When the Qi Tree reached 5% growth, he could actually summon Honkai: Star Rail's popular character, Firefly, as a "puppet" to fight for him.
At 10%, he could even summon Kafka, whose powerful skills wielded the power of Lightning.
And at...
From then on, before every battle, Lin Xu had to choose who to send out and plan his team. Should he build a follow-up attack team, or a mono-Quantum team...?
Zhang Zhiwei: The Eight Extraordinary Skills are nothing in comparison to you.
Lu Jin: You are a true paragon of the Outcast world.
Ma Xianhong: Your puppets are monsters.
Feng Baobao: You sure are fierce.
Zhang Chulan: My Yang Lightning isn't even as powerful as your puppets' lightning techniques.
Lin Xu: I just want to unite the Outcast world.
