[Fake Playboy Hero VS Truly Powerful Heroine]
In Yu Sa’s eyes, Yin Yuchuan is a barking country dog. If she hadn’t taken money from Old Madam Yin, she would never have had anything to do with a playboy like him.
In Yin Yuchuan’s eyes, Yu Sa is a country girl who sucks up to the rich and powerful, and everything she does is just an attempt to get her hands on the Yin family’s money.
Then a conspiracy to switch their souls binds these two people, who can’t stand the sight of each other, together like grasshoppers tied to the same rope. From then on, the young playboy’s daily routine becomes:
Eat, sleep, and look for Yu Sa,
Beg her for cuddles as her “sister,”
And fend off all the people trying to steal her away…
But when Yu Sa has repaid her debt and disappears from his life, he panics. He searches every mountain, willing to give up everything if it will make her come back.
“Yu Sa, stay by my side.”
Yu Sa only smiles. “I’m already leaving the mortal world behind. Why would I go back?”
[Modern Supernatural | Elite Family Feuds | Light Mystery | Gender-Swap | Big-Sister-and-Puppy-Dog Dynamic | The Ex’s Pursuit]
A few things to know before you start: 1. The male lead spends a period of time as a woman. Don’t read if that’s not for you.
2. There are many original elements, so please don’t nitpick the details.
3. The characters all have their flaws.
4. The supernatural mystery is a secondary element, not the main focus.
The story is quite interesting, and I really like the characters of the heroine and hero, but I feel like the two of them don't have many intimate scenes, they are constantly rescuing each other, and the narrative pace is a bit fast 😂
How can I put it, the stories of the older generation are more interesting. The characters of the male and female protagonists are also pretty good, and the story is still coherent. The narrative pace is just too fast.
In fact, I personally think the extra stories about the older generations are more exciting 🤭
It's well written. The more I read it, the more I want to read it. It's not as cliched as other novels.
Looking forward to the author's other new works!
