After Nezha and Ao Bing were reborn in the form of their primordial spirits, the Three Realms seemed to return to peace, but undercurrents were stirring. The Heavenly Court secretly plotted to punish Chentang Pass, claiming that “the Demon Orb and Spirit Pearl have merged” and violated the heavenly laws. Meanwhile, deep beneath the Eastern Sea, an imprisoned ancient demon god awoke when the power of the heavenly tribulation leaked out, and sought to devour Nezha. Though he had become a hero in the eyes of the people, the lingering demonic nature within him was hard to control, plunging him into self-doubt. Ao Bing bore the mission of restoring the dragon clan, but the demon god coveted the power of the Spirit Pearl, making Ao Bing the key prize in a struggle across the Three Realms. At the same time, a mysterious young woman, possibly a descendant of Nüwa, appeared in Chentang Pass. Her prophecy pointed directly to the “fatal destiny” awaiting Nezha and Ao Bing.
