The story begins on a seemingly ordinary night. The protagonist Lin Ye is a young psychiatrist working in a place called "Morning Psychiatric Hospital". This hospital is located on a remote island, and it is rumored that it was once the base of a mysterious experiment. Lin Ye has always been curious about the hospital's past, but the hospital's top management kept it secret.
One night, Lin Ye received a strange phone call while on duty. A deep voice came from the other end of the phone: "They are coming, run away!" Immediately afterwards, a series of bizarre events began to occur in the hospital: patients collectively fell into coma, all monitoring equipment failed, and some patients even claimed to have seen "monsters from another dimension."
