Slow, Not Long

[Wealthy-family CEO + international romance + flirtatious tension + open ending]

When Shi Man was 24, she met Lu Yi in a foreign country. Their beautiful encounter made her fall in love at first sight and love him more with each meeting. Everything felt as unreal as a dream. They crossed borders and class divides to share a romance that belonged only to them. She knew this love would eventually turn to bubbles, but she was willing to lose herself in it.

When 27-year-old Lu Yi met Shi Man, the lake of his once-peaceful heart rippled again and again because of her.

The wild roses on the mountaintop of Luoxia Mountain bloomed, and the news immediately went viral, topping the trending lists across online platforms. No one knew who had planted them, but they outshone every carefully tended rose, dazzling and radiant, their fragrance filling the air. Yet there was no one destined to admire them.

That year, the roses on the mountaintop of Luoxia Mountain bloomed once more. The tranquil, beautiful setting was shattered by the sound of a car engine. A man in a suit opened the car door, intending to catch a glimpse of the wild roses in all their glory. Instead, his gaze was drawn to a woman sitting with her back to him beneath the wishing tree, quietly painting an oil portrait.
