Xiao Feng is unexpectedly reborn in the Pokemon world as Ash’s younger brother. Even luckier, he binds himself to the Pokemon Aptitude Insight System, which lets him see a Pokemon’s aptitude, abilities, and level at a glance.
In this world full of wonder and adventure, Xiao Feng sets off with Squirtle, traveling alongside Ash. Starting from Pallet Town, they face off against a Caterpie in the grass, make a name for themselves at a local tournament, and rescue a Pidgeotto in a mysterious forest. With the System’s advantages and special abilities that occasionally activate, they overcome one peril after another.
But the road to adventure is not always smooth. They encounter all kinds of difficult terrain, fierce Wild Pokémon, and evil forces with sinister intentions. While searching for ruins said to let Pokemon surpass their limits, they face layers of traps and powerful guardian Pokemon. During a Gym Challenge, they even discover that a Gym Leader has been controlled by a mysterious group, with a vast conspiracy lurking behind it all.
But thanks to the unique insight granted by the System, Xiao Feng can always choose Pokemon partners with boundless potential and pinpoint his opponents’ weaknesses in battle. His special abilities also prove remarkably effective at crucial moments. Together with Ash and the friends he makes along the way, he repeatedly foils the schemes of evil forces.
