Dr. Su: He always seems so gentle.
Young Master Fu: That's right. I've always been this way. (Smiles and nods.)
Lin Zi: Some people keep up that refined, gentle act for so long, it becomes second nature~

“Mr. Fu Xu, if you're ready to be discharged, please take care of the discharge paperwork first.”
-
Young Master Fu, who had been in a car crash after an overly intense racing session left his heart rate unstable and his blood sugar low, ended up in the hospital and unexpectedly discovered: This doctor's eyes are beautiful.
While he was hospitalized, a friend called him in to help out, so he left the hospital without another word.
The nurses couldn't find him during rounds. It was a disaster, and everyone rushed around looking for him.
When he returned the next day, he realized that Dr. Su seemed angry. Only then did he understand he'd done something wrong.
As soon as the doctor came by on rounds, he immediately apologized sincerely:
“I'm sorry, Dr. Su. I didn't mean to cause you trouble last night.”
“I didn't mean to ignore your call. I was still asleep that morning.”
Before Young Master Fu had even figured out how he felt, the doctor was already leaving the country to study.
During that time, he secretly flew back and forth across the ocean to see her, walked along behind her, walked her home, then flew back to China.
Two thousand years later…
“Dr. Su, can I come see you again next time?”
“Sure.”

Finally, happy reading~
It's a good read. I rarely write book reviews. Overall, it's bland and very realistic. It feels like the kind of love we ordinary people would talk about. The heroine is super excellent.
