Sweet Magnolia

[A Chinese American tycoon who leads the pharmaceutical industry vs. a proud young woman who sells potatoes from a street stall to support herself]

A mountain fire brings two people from completely different worlds together by an unlikely twist of fate.

When Si Tian finds Li Heting, he is barely alive. She takes him in, and the amnesiac tycoon becomes a helper at her little potato stall.

As they spend more time together, feelings grow. By the time Si Tian realizes that Li Heting can affect her emotions, it is too late. She has no idea whether she has fallen for the man before her or the mask he has carefully crafted.

Li Heting, head of the Li Group, which controls half the pharmaceutical industry, is aloof and cold-hearted. He has nothing but contempt for all that sentimental nonsense about romance.

After an assassination attempt, a plane crash, and a night shrouded in smoke and gunfire, Li Heting has no choice but to pretend he has lost his memory and hide in a small village called Yulan. He needs to root out every mole his “good little brother” has planted in the company. Before long, he even ends up working as a tool for Si Tian's potato stall.

At first, he doesn't give Si Tian a second thought. They are worlds apart, and he only works for her so he can stay in Yulan Village.

But perhaps Yulan Village is simply too nourishing a place. Even an iron tree can blossom.
