Endgame: I Bring Order to the Apocalypse by Going Insane

A Double Apocalypse: The story takes place in a parallel world where two disasters overlap: “rules horror” and a zombie virus. Humanity must not only evade zombies but also obey randomly triggered “horror rules,” or the System will erase them outright. • NPC Awakening: The protagonist, Lin Mian, is a game designer who accidentally discovers that the world she lives in is an unreleased “apocalypse survival game,” and that she is the only NPC to have awakened. By exploiting coding bugs, she tries to overthrow the System’s supreme ruler, but every act of rebellion triggers even more absurd rules.
