(Slow burn, farming, not overpowered, not brainless. Proceed with caution if you mind these.)
[Ping! Your "Cultivation Guide System" navigation has gone off course. It has made an emergency landing in the "Super God Universe." Coordinates: Earth, Ming Dynasty, the seventh year of the Tianqi era! Warning: After being brutally intercepted by the "distorted Heavenly Dao" of the Super God Universe, the System core has collapsed. The "Host, You're on Your Own" mode has been activated automatically!]
Yun Ye, a college student fresh out of graduation, was sent down a dead-end path in the late Ming by a System even more of a rookie than he was!
The System turned into a brick from the start, but he was the one who had to take the blame. Worse still, before this little butterfly from another world had even figured out how to flap its wings, it had already attracted special attention from Holy Kesha's Celestial Computer Network and Karl of the River of Death's Great Clock!
"Survive! Get home!" That became Yun Ye's only wish.
The System's broken? No problem. He's still got the lost civilization's entire collection of advanced technology in his head! The chaotic late Ming? Perfect. This decaying dynasty and its starving refugees will make ideal test subjects while he works his way up the technology tree!
From an "artisan's apprentice" on the Loess Plateau to a "reformer of order" among the stars, he uses a mortal body to challenge the gods and kick the Void in the teeth, vowing to plant the banner of "Humanity is Truth" across the universe!
But after enduring eighty-one trials and finally reaching the pinnacle of the universe, an even crueler truth sends him plunging into the abyss.
"Sorry, you're a stand-in. The 'you' from the original world is enjoying a sweet romance with a goddess beneath the cherry blossoms right now..."
Yun Ye: "(Curse)! I spent my whole life fighting, just to be an extra in someone else's happy ending?!"
The front is a bit confusing, and there are some parts that I don't know are foreshadowing or something else.
I can see it, but you update too slowly. I guess I have to wait until it reaches 300,000 words or more before I can really read it.
The writing is really not that good at the beginning, but it may be smoother later on, it looks pretty good.
