[A beautiful yet tragic, timid heroine with countless secret identities x a cool, aloof, secretly devoted top-tier star x a conflicted, self-serving top assassin x a young man who pretends to be straightforward while deceiving others]
[Redemption + deception + lies + a touch of ensemble cast + growth]
She was the only survivor of a mission years ago, miraculously making it out alive.
But pain and fear followed her like shadows. Desperate to escape the darkness of her past, she was forced to change her appearance and hide her identity, hoping to find a little peace in a new life.
By chance, she found herself on the set of a post-apocalyptic drama.
At first, she simply drifted through this unfamiliar world, taking each day as it came and shutting herself away inside a numb shell. But the gears of fate kept turning. The incident from years ago, which seemed to have been laid to rest, was still stirring beneath the surface. It had never truly ended.
A mysterious man named Damon appeared out of nowhere, like a ghost from a distant land. His arrival once again dragged Yan Sheng into the tangled web of that long-ago incident...
Note: The first small part of the story follows the heroine’s new life and her everyday acting work, a part of her growth and life. The plot gradually turns toward uncovering the truth behind her team’s betrayal years ago.
