Sun Wukong, the stone-born monkey, is the Great Sage Equal to Heaven who once wreaked havoc in Heaven. Rebellious by nature and impossible to restrain, he nevertheless possesses an innate sense of justice. After enduring eighty-one trials, he became a Buddha, but the fire in his heart has never gone out. Now that he has returned to the world, he will prove his worth amid the conflict engulfing the Three Realms.
Nezha, the reincarnation of the Spirit Pearl, rides the Wind-Fire Wheels and wields the Cosmic Ring and Red Armillary Sash. Young and courageous, he loves and hates with all his heart, showing no mercy to evil forces. To protect those around him, he resolutely throws himself into the conflict, fighting shoulder to shoulder with Yang Jian and Sun Wukong.
