In a remote corner sealed away by time, an abandoned village lies silent, like a lonely ghost forsaken by the world. Chen Yu, Xiao Yan, A Qiang, and A Yong, four young people eager for adventure, arrive full of hope, expecting to unearth astonishing secrets in this desolate place. They never imagine that they are stepping into a terrifying abyss from which there is no return.
The moment they enter the village, the stench of decay washes over them. Crooked houses teeter on the verge of collapse, strange moss creeps across the walls, and collapsed rooftops gape like the mouths of monstrous beasts. Every sight chills them to the bone. The wind howls like wailing ghosts and shrieking wolves, as if recounting the sorrow and anguish of the past.
They step into a seemingly intact courtyard house. Twisted, grotesque portraits inside, mysterious symbols in the basement, old boxes exuding a rotten stench, and diaries chronicling a horrifying past seem like invisible hands, dragging them step by step into a mire of fear. A plague once ravaged the entire village, and an evil ritual offered living people as sacrifices. Together, they turned the village into a cursed inferno, where strange occurrences have continued ever since.
As they prepare to flee, they encounter eerie sobbing and whispers. The basement stairs inexplicably vanish, and symbols on the walls flicker, opening a passage to the unknown. Yet it leads them back to an even more terrifying village, trapping them in an endless loop. Then a woman appears, dressed in a white robe, with a deathly pale face and hollow eyes. She reveals that the only way to escape is to perform a sacrificial ritual.
But after going to great lengths to gather the necessary items and perform the ritual, they discover that it is merely the beginning of an even deeper terror. The woman’s form twists, the source of the curse remains, and after the village collapses, they find themselves once again surrounded by fog
