On the edge of the vast and boundless Linghuan Continent, ordinary young Chen Yu dreams of cultivating immortality. But because he comes from an unremarkable background, all he can do is help his parents run a grocery shop in Qingyun Town. One day, an accident sends him tumbling in the mountains, where he happens upon an ancient-looking token glowing with blue light. It binds him to the Immortal Path Sign-In System, setting the wheels of fate in motion.
By signing in with the System each day, Chen Yu receives a beginner's gift pack containing the Basic Cultivation Art and Spirit-Gathering Pills. Thus, he embarks on the path of cultivation and quickly breaks through to the first level of Qi Refining. At the cultivation market, he uses the System's insight to expose a scam and obtains the Earth-grade treasure Phantom Cloak, making a name for himself.
Just then, the Tianxuan Sect, one of the top cultivation sects on the Linghuan Continent, holds its entrance trials in Qingyun Town. With his rare Five Elements Spiritual Root and help from the System, Chen Yu passes both the spiritual-root test and the combat trial, earning a place in the sect. There, System rewards steadily increase his strength, and he repeatedly turns the tide in times of crisis, becoming a hero to the sect.
But the path of cultivation is never smooth. The covetous Demonflame Sect and the rise of a mysterious dark force both stand in Chen Yu's way. Yet with the abilities granted by the System and his own unwavering resolve, Chen Yu cuts through every obstacle in this treacherous cultivation world, advancing step by step toward the summit and protecting the peace and security of the Tianxuan Sect and the Linghuan Continent.
It's said that I am cultivating immortality, but I don't have this feeling. It feels like a combination of Chinese and Western things, but I can't do it in the east or the west.
Just name it Save the Continent
