The Nine Phoenixes of Qishan: Court Intrigue Edition

Worldbuilding: In the Great Yi Dynasty, the Nine Stars govern the nation's fate. In each generation, nine women with destined birth charts must enter the palace and form the “Nine Phoenix Terrace.”

- Main plot: Shen Zhaoxue, an illegitimate daughter of a family of medicine merchants, takes her legitimate older sister’s place in the palace and discovers that the Nine Phoenix Terrace is actually a sacrificial offering meant to suppress the former dynasty’s dragon vein.

- Fresh angle: Combines astrology with a bloodline curse, with each of the nine women’s skills corresponding to one of the Nine Luminaries, such as Pojun for martial arts and Wenqu for strategy.

Character | Archetype | Role | Romance
