Chen Hui was once an outstanding soldier in the special forces. During a mission, he watched a comrade die. He broke discipline to avenge him and was dismissed from the military, but never forgot his duty as a soldier. After witnessing a drug deal, he followed the traffickers across the border and wiped out the entire drug cartel. Back home, he saw a girl being abducted by human traffickers and tracked them down, discovering that she had been sold to a scam operation in a Southeast Asian country. He then found many fellow countrymen who had been tricked alongside her and robbed of their freedom. To save the girl, he ventured into the enemy's den and killed all the terrorists, rescuing his fellow citizens. Then he embarked on a new campaign.
