The Little White Snake

On the seventh day after Grandma's death, a snow-white snake slithered into the house and stared at me.

I didn't know why Grandma had such an eccentric way of coming to see me, turning into a snake and all, but I worked up the courage to touch it anyway.

It bit me.

As I collapsed, I thought, This must be somebody else's grandma.
