Pokemon: A Pseudo-Legendary Egg from the Start?

Recently, a spectacular waterspout appeared over Qinghai Lake. Many trainers witnessed what looked like a Pokemon Rayquaza soaring high above, and viewers watching livestreams saw it too. Yet when they watched the footage again a few days later, what appeared on screen was a Pidgeot. How could there be such a huge difference? Was it an optical illusion, or is there something more going on?

At the same time, a massive fire broke out in a neighboring country. The flames spread rapidly, and the situation was critical. Our country quickly sent firefighters to provide assistance. Was this terrible disaster caused by nature, perhaps a wildfire sparked by lightning or combustible material igniting after a prolonged drought? Or was it caused by people, such as a Trainer losing control of a move during a Pokemon battle, or someone mishandling a fire during an outdoor activity?
