Lin Feng is an ordinary, somewhat down-on-his-luck young man in real life. By chance, he comes across an ultra-realistic virtual online game called God’s Domain. As soon as he enters the game, he’s captivated by its stunning scenery and wide range of gameplay. But he’s also mocked and bullied by veteran players. He’s rejected from teams and struggles to defeat monsters, leaving him deeply frustrated. Still, Lin Feng doesn’t give up. Drawing on his unique understanding of the game, he studies its mechanics day and night and keeps taking on high-difficulty dungeons. During a massive server-wide team battle, Lin Feng seizes the moment, using his superb skills and clever tactics to lead his squad in turning the tide. He becomes the battle’s MVP. From then on, Lin Feng’s reputation in the game soars, bringing him ever closer to his goal of becoming a top player.
