This School Is Surprisingly Decent

In a cultivation world where spiritual artifacts reign supreme, powerful cultivators dismiss the Art of Implements as a heretical path, believing that only high-grade spiritual artifacts can commune with Heaven and Earth. On the surface, Zhiyuan Academy is a run-down “scrap recycling center,” but in truth, it is the legacy site of the ancient Five Elements Sect of Implements. It takes in only the “useless” people rejected by the mainstream, from noblewomen with blocked meridians to orphaned survivors of the Shadow Clan. When powerful cultivators discover that the academy holds the legacy of the “Ten Realms of Faint Light,” a supreme art capable of granting ordinary objects divine qualities, they join forces to destroy it. But the protagonists strike back with heaps of battered scrap metal, proving that “implements have spirits, and an ordinary heart is the Way.”
