Pokemon: A White Gengar from the Start

I'm a new author with a new book, so I'm not good at writing blurbs. One female lead, a protagonist who is something of a native, and an overall lighthearted tone with no dark plotlines. The timeline is jumbled. Current progress: Ash has already won the Indigo League.

After an accidental electric shock following a long losing streak in a game, Lin Ran transmigrates to the real world of Pokemon. There is no cliched tale of a fiery comeback: he becomes a researcher at a lab, a “pseudo-native” who is obsessed with Pokemon research. But fate's gifts are always hidden in the details. From the start, he is paired with a pure-white Shiny Gengar. This unpredictable Ghost-type partner is both his strongest trump card and the cause of his everyday mishaps.
