NBA: The Wildcard Superstar

Deng Ken, yes, he shares a name with a certain basketball star, but not the same fate. He’s clever, scheming, and funny.

After Deng Ken gets game-winning-shot by a nobody in a video game, he smashes the console with one punch and gets electrocuted. When he comes to, he has transmigrated into the body of a Chinese-American shooting guard in Kansas. The 2003 NCAA Championship game is about to begin.

The [Wild Card System] arrives: “Host’s frustration level has exceeded its limit. One attribute will be improved while another is reduced.” On top of that, its insane training challenges push the Host to keep surpassing his limits.

The embodiment of angel and devil: that’s a wild card.

One second, Deng Ken is racking up steals; the next, he dribbles the ball off his own foot!

A change of identity, and an upgraded System?

A second-round rookie starts out with defense and teamwork, then gradually rises in his own way from the star-studded Class of 2003.

The road from wild card to superstar is a winding, entertaining one.

The occasionally erratic System detects real-world events that meet its criteria and issues all kinds of bizarre challenges.

[Challenge of a Streetball Legend] [Olympic Journey] [Build a Brand] ······ Even [Zhang Two Million’s Challenge]. Looks like that one’s impossible to finish······

(Unexpected System + lighthearted comedy + detailed tactics and plays + plenty of interactions with basketball stars + multiple heroines. No prior knowledge needed!)
