Akasaki Izumi, a boy troubled by mysterious memory fragments. He possesses scattered memories spanning the Heisei and Reiwa eras from 2000 to 2068, but he has never been able to piece together the complete truth.
After an accidental attack by a Dopant (dopant), Izumi was rescued by the guardians of Fudu - Kamen Rider W (Zafutaro and Philip). Izumi, who learned the identity of the other detective, decided to entrust them to investigate the bizarre memory fragments in his mind.
Taking this as an opportunity, Izumi was involved in an adventure that spanned time and space. Under the name "Kamen Rider Diverge", he traveled through various parallel worlds, witnessed the fate of different knights, and gradually uncovered the mystery of his own life experience.

In battles and encounters one after another, Izumi gradually understood that those memory fragments did not appear out of thin air, but were closely connected with his own destiny. Everything he experienced pointed to a grander and crueler truth.
The Legend of Knights in Parallel Worlds: Starting from the world of Kamen Rider W, Diverge will travel through the parallel worlds of Kamen Riders in each new decade (OOO, Fourze, Wizard, Gaim, Drive, Ghost, Ex-aid, Build, Zi-o), meeting, fighting side by side, and even... Dueling with knights from different worlds.

Weirdly, as a person in a parallel world, W, even if he doesn't know all the places, he should have seen iconic buildings like the Wind Capital Tower more or less, right? And weren't it just Fuutarou and Phillip who went to Fudu Tower? How could Akiko remember being at Fudu Tower and the museum?
Some characters have the right names, some have wrong names. Is it a magic change? They look weird and have different personalities.
