[Western Fantasy + Transmigration + Reverse Harem + Mystery and Redemption]
"The so-called Saintess trials are shackles placed upon you by the twelve Godslayers themselves."
Lin Yue, an overworked 996 office worker, died after an all-nighter and transmigrated into a Western fantasy game as a cannon-fodder candidate for Saintess.
The System told her she had to max out the Temple of Light's affection to survive. But...
The frail duke's son she saved was the fallen Sun God. The beastman slave she took in was the fallen Moon God. Even the dying beggar child by the roadside was the Lord of the Underworld, being devoured piece by piece.
She clutched her dangerously low conquest progress bar and watched the men slowly regain their memories:
The silver-haired, wolf-eared commander of the imperial guard grabbed the back of her neck on a full-moon night. "When you created me, you didn't carry yourself like this."
The red-haired fallen god crushed a believer's heart and poured her wine. "Do you need another 120,000 lives sacrificed before the mountain of corpses beneath your throne is worthy of you?"
The holy pope fastened a chain around her ankle. "It's the third cycle. Guess who'll go mad first this time?"
On the night the temple was drenched in crimson moonlight, Lin Yue finally saw the threads of karma wrapped around her palm.
This so-called game world was actually an eternal prison created by the God of Creation to imprison himself.
And the scars carved into their very bones were the fatal tenderness of gods who had crossed three thousand cycles.
Please note before reading:
▷ Romance option novel / everyone is insane / a battlefield of men competing for her
▷ Each god has eight hundred clever schemes and a thousand kinds of play
▷ The heroine starts out weak and goes on a rampage later. Unmaskings and spectacular blunders abound.
▷ When the conquest progress bar becomes a countdown to death, you decide between a bad ending and a happy ending.
I feel like the perspective is so messy, and the things that happened are so messy that I can't figure it out clearly, so I have to look at it carefully, but sometimes I can't understand it even if I look at it carefully [stunned] and it's sometimes in the first person and sometimes in the third person. It's really weird to unify it.
The plot is good, but I felt lonely watching it. It was so confusing that I didn't even know what it was about.
