Siheyuan: I Disabled the System From the Start, Then Snatched the Prize

Wu Youde is a factory worker who pushes himself to the limit with overtime. After working night shifts for one too many days, his body gives out and he collapses in a market. When he wakes up, he finds himself in an unfamiliar world: the world of the courtyard compound.

Before he has even had time to adjust, a mechanical voice sounds in his mind: “Support System activated. Granted: pocket dimension and strengthening pills.” Wu Youde is overjoyed, thinking his fate is about to change.

However, after seeing the complicated relationships in the courtyard, Wu Youde wants to avoid any potential “cuckold” crises, so he forces the System to replace the original body. The operation succeeds, but it drains the System of all its energy, and it shuts down as soon as the task is complete.
