In 2005, four young people from Northeast China entered the long-abandoned old mining district of Jincheng City after an accident. In the ruins of the sealed-off mining area, they unexpectedly encountered a series of mysterious and terrifying events that defied explanation. Faced with strange creatures from northeastern folklore and supernatural beings of mysterious origin, they brought their individual abilities to the fore and battled their inner fears. Some of the story is adapted from real northeastern Chinese folk legends.
