The Xuanhuang Realm lies beneath the shadow of the primordial forbidden lands. Nine ancient clans control the Heavenly Secrets Wheel to maintain the world’s balance, while the seals on forbidden zones left behind by an ancient war are beginning to weaken.
- **Factions**: The Ye family of Cangwu in the east inherits the bloodline of the Phoenix; the Su family in the Western Regions commands the art of heavenly divination; the Northern Wasteland’s War Clan cultivates the path of attaining sainthood through the body; and the Dragon Palace of the Southern Sea rules the aquatic races. Together, they form a balance of power among the four regions.
- **Cultivation system**: Cultivators pass through six major realms: Qi Drawing, Foundation Establishment, Golden Core, Nascent Soul, Deity Transformation, and Tribulation Crossing. Each realm has nine minor stages. Direct descendants of the ancient clans can awaken bloodline abilities, while beings of the forbidden zones wield primordial secret arts.
