On New Year's Eve in 2025, fireworks bloom across the city as the bells of the new year are about to ring. Su Xiaoyou, an ordinary corporate drone struggling to make ends meet in the bustling metropolis, has just finished another marathon overtime shift. Dragging her exhausted body home, she missteps and falls into an uncovered sewer. Everything goes black, and she transmigrates thirty years into the future, to 2055.
Su Xiaoyou wakes up in an unfamiliar, high-tech room. Before she can come to terms with her bizarre transmigration, a round little robot named Xiao Q floats over and introduces her to this brave new world. Over the past thirty years, technology has advanced explosively, and robots have taken over almost all human jobs, leaving more than 80% of the population unemployed and society on the brink of collapse.
New to the future, Su Xiaoyou hopes to make a fresh start and sets out to find a job. Reality, however, hits her hard: there are almost no jobs in the entire city for humans. To survive, you need money; to earn money, you need work, but the jobs have all but disappeared. To stay alive, people have turned to “free shopping,” and the supermarkets are full of people taking things without paying.
At first, Su Xiaoyou looks down on free shopping. As far as she is concerned, it is a criminal act. But as her hunger grows, the instinct to survive overcomes her moral principles, and she is forced to join the looters. Yet at 170 centimeters tall, with fair skin and good looks, she is no match for the young, strong men fighting over supplies. In this cruel world, some women even sell their bodies for a bite to eat...
Very good, good-looking, never seen it before
