The Azure Cloud Chronicles: The God of War Returns

In ancient times, the primordial God of War Cang Ming was the most powerful being between Heaven and Earth. He once single-handedly subdued all races and protected the order of the world. Yet in the final battle against the demons from beyond the realms, Cang Ming exhausted his divine power to seal them away and ultimately fell. His divine soul did not vanish, but slept for tens of thousands of years, until it awoke within a young good-for-nothing disciple named Lin Xuan.

Lin Xuan was an outer disciple of the Qingyun Sect. Born with blocked meridians, he was unable to cultivate and was regarded by the sect as useless, enduring endless bullying. After Cang Ming's divine soul awakened, he discovered that although Lin Xuan's body was good-for-nothing, it concealed a rare Chaos Spirit Vein, the key to Cang Ming's cultivation anew.
