A world shaped by the gods but shattered by Ragnarok. Thousands of years ago, the war between the gods ("War of the Skyfall") led to the fall of the gods, the rupture of the sky, and the world was torn into seven regions, each carrying different civilizations and laws.
Under the broken sky, races such as humans, elves, dwarves, and shadow tribes struggled to survive, and the embers of gods (ie, the remnants of divine power) became a new source of power. Various forces are competing for the "Ember of God". Some people are trying to reshape the gods, while others want to completely get rid of theocratic rule.
