The protagonist has two souls sharing one body, and receives one random golden finger in each world. The golden finger disappears when the protagonist dies, and in the next world, the protagonist gets another random one.
The first world follows on from my previous work, Quick Transmigration: The Power of Having Many Lives. Whether you read it or not won't really affect the plot.
